* 1 3/4 cups finely chopped pecans
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons softened butter
Mix and press into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Cool.

* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 egg yolks, beaten
* 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
* 3/4 cup water
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
