Every time I convinced myself I was imagining things.
We had all attended the rehearsals.
And when the curtain finally came down, I was the only one still pretending I didn’t know the ending.
There is one thing I learned from that weekend.
Secrets don’t always reveal themselves with a confession.
Sometimes they reveal themselves when somebody gets too comfortable.
Sometimes it’s a message left open.
Sometimes it’s a photograph.
Sometimes it’s a second phone.
Sometimes it’s a hotel receipt with your own name on it.
And sometimes…
it’s a serving dish in your hands while the person you trusted most kisses the person you loved most.
And the worst part isn’t dropping the dish.
It’s realizing that everyone else saw it coming.
Except you.
Where is the rest of the story where a young sister kissed the husband if her elder sister?
