How to Remove Bleach Stains from Fabrics with 2 Tricks

Trick 1: Use Rubbing Alcohol

For small bleach spots on dark-colored clothing, put a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab or clean cloth. Gently rub around the bleach mark and work toward the center. This can help spread some of the surrounding dye back into the lighter area.

Trick 2: Use Fabric Dye or a Permanent Fabric Marker

If the bleach has removed a large amount of color, restoring the original shade may not be possible. In that case, choose a fabric dye or fabric marker that closely matches the clothing. Apply it carefully to the faded area and allow it to dry according to the product instructions.

Important: Always test any method on a hidden area of the fabric first. Different fabrics and colors can react differently.
