Mix equal parts rubbing alcohol and white vinegar. Dampen a cloth in the solution and apply it to the stain, dabbing gently but without rubbing.
Wash the garment with cold water and, if necessary, repeat the process until the stain is completely removed.
As you can see, it’s possible to restore a garment with bleach stains; just apply one of the two tricks described above.
