Moringa Powder in Everyday Meals
If fresh leaves are unavailable, commercially prepared moringa powder can be another option.
A small amount may be mixed into soup, a cooked vegetable dish, or a smoothie. Follow the product’s directions and begin with a modest quantity to see how your body responds.
Choose products from reputable suppliers with clear ingredient lists and appropriate quality controls. Do not assume that a product is safe simply because it is labeled natural.
