She Kept Throwing Her $800 Hair Extensions Into My Food on the Plane—So I Taught Her a Lesson She Would Never Forget

“I will take responsibility for what I did. But you also need to take responsibility for what you did.”

“WHAT DID I DO?”

“You repeatedly put your hair in my food after I asked you to stop.”

“That doesn’t give you the right to ruin my property!”

“No,” I admitted. “It doesn’t.”

My answer seemed to surprise her.

Perhaps she had expected me to deny everything, shout back, or pretend I had done nothing wrong.

Instead, I looked directly at her.

“I was wrong to put that substance in your hair. I should have handled this differently. But you were wrong to treat me as though my comfort didn’t matter.”

Her live video was still running.

She tried to end it, but her fingers were slippery with slime, and the screen was covered in residue.

“Someone turn this off!” she cried.
