Yardley Rowe Capital was suspended in the March. Piers Yardley and two others were charged in the June. It is a large case and I am told the trial will be in 2028.
Ondine Marr was charged in the July with fraud by false representation, in respect of fourteen transfers from an account belonging to Hester Halliday.
Ellis has so far been charged with nothing.
He was not the architect. He never is. He is a man who introduces people and takes a percentage and makes a point of not asking, and he handed his wife’s grandmother’s account details to his assistant because it was sixty-one thousand and it was lying there and he sincerely believed nobody would notice an old woman.
