“Danielle,” Patricia began, “we’ve reviewed the passenger video and collected statements from the crew and witnesses. We want to understand your account of the confrontation.”
Danielle described the delay, the repeated questions, the concern about connecting flights, and the conversation with Marcus.
She admitted that her voice had become louder.
“I was frustrated,” she said. “I felt like I had explained the situation several times, and he was standing in the aisle preventing me from passing.”
“Do you believe you could have handled that moment differently?”
Danielle considered the question.
“Yes. I could have paused, called the senior crew member sooner, and allowed someone else to take over the conversation.”
Patricia nodded.
“And do you believe the passenger was entitled to an explanation?”
“Absolutely. Passengers deserve clear information. But I can’t give them an answer I don’t have, and I can’t promise a connection that the ground team hasn’t confirmed.”
